Orders between £35.00 - £59.99 Standard Delivery – £7.99
All standard orders will be received in within 14 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch.
Free Delivery on orders over £60
Europe – £10.00
For countries inside the European Union. Within 14-day Delivery service.
Rest Of The World – £15.00
For countries outside Europe. Within 10-day Delivery service.
Shipping Policy
- At Begura we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on the same working day. Exceptions include orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday) or UK bank holidays. All orders made on Friday-Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided on your order when the order has been dispatched. If you have selected a tracked method of shipping your tracking number will also be supplied.
- All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail & DHL.
On some occasions, alternative methods may be used and you will be notified by Begura if an alternative method is to be provided.
- All International orders are forwarded on to your National Postal Services once they have been shipped overseas.
Please note we accept no responsibility for any packages that are not received due to customer error, such as inputting the incorrect/incomplete address details. We recommend you review your order when it is placed to ensure the correct details are inputted before submitting your order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product color or size and want to exchange, please make sure you email us at info@begura.com.
Items must be sent back to us in original condition with all tags within 7 days on receiving your order.
All outlet/clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept return or exchange for personal items such as socks, underwear, boxers etc due to the hygiene issue.
